Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

• You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped.
  
• To cancel, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@mabelleparis.in or call us at +91- 8009092600
  
• If the order is prepaid, the full amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  

After Dispatch:

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  
• In such cases, you may opt for a return after receiving the product (refer to Return & Refund section below).
  

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  
• Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  
• Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items like personal care products, cosmetics, or intimate wear may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  

Return Process:

1. Email us at contact@mabelleparis.in with your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).
   
2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
   
3. After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed.
   

Refund Timelines:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  
• The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to request your bank details for refund via bank transfer.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  
• Share photos of the damaged product and packaging via email.
  
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
